Welcome to the wonderful world of Vemma! I can think of few industries that have the power to touch so many lives as that of health and nutrition. Strength vs. Frailty
Live Strong. Be Strong. Army Strong. There is a lot more to strength than a slogan. The other day I heard a famous doctor speaking on my favorite radio talk show.
He was quite impressive in both his philosophies and his credentials. During the interview he was speaking about general good health; taking vitamins, exercising, eating well, managing stress, etc. It all made sense and in fact was the reason he was driven out of cardio-thoracic surgery. He felt so compelled to reach people about their health before surgical intervention became necessary, that he had to find a way to get his message out to the masses.
Anyway as the radio interview continued, he said that death was caused by one single thing. That thing is frailty. There may be a disease, illness, etc., that is the actual cause but all can be traced back to frailty. We let ourselves go. We may eat poorly because we are in a hurry or just enjoy the junk. We don't exercise because we are too tired or too busy. We become stressed by our busy lives then we eat more junk and exercise even less. We take medications and vitamins but these cannot put the strength back into our lives.
For me, Vemma has become a path to strength. It contains the vitamins in a way that is easily absorbed and helps give me energy to exercise. Once you start feeling better it's hard to stop and so we have the power to purge the frailty from our otherwise healthy lives.
